Silver XJ220 on the A140 today

I know that Steve Peri (of Mercy fame) used to have an XJ220 with the reg number "91 P". But the last time I saw that plate is was on a Continental GT. Maybe he missed it and bought another

Oddly enough I saw a silver XJ220 on the A140 about ten years ago - it was behind me heading south.

I imagine that was heading back to Stratton Motor Co for a service. I know the chap who bought it drove it to where he lived in the south of France straight from SMC, about 1700 miles!!!!

I knew it was due to come back for £££££'s of work to be done. Replace canvas fuel tank, all belts, rubber hoses etc etc. The full works....
