Hello

A while ago a few people spoke about visiting the Ace Cafe in London.

I contacted them and asked about the best times to visit. Weekends, and especially Sundays, are a total no go. Each Saturday/Sunday they have a specific car/bike meet and if you are not riding/driving that make/model, you can't get in to the car park.

However you can park on the road opposite, although space is limited.

She did say that if we wanted to have our own dedicated meet in 2010 (not on a Sunday), she could arrange it.

So what do you want to do?

Mark,
I did exactly the same. I emailed the cafe and got a similar response.
I have a couple of weekends free in august that are ideal for me to do some runs, and i had thought i would do the honorable thing and try to arrange something for our region.
Unless we just go for it and accept the parking situation?
Cheers
Gary

How about the American style diner on the A1? http://www.okdiners.com/

I'm sure a man of your capabilities could find us an interesting route.

Hi Mark

Sorry, not looked here for a while. Why not book something for 2010 but maybe do the A1 Cafe this year. I don't know how much room there is opposite the Ace Cafe but I would wing it!!
