Yes an excellent day again, for all petrol heads, and thankyou to the RAF for allowing and organising the day, and for all the excellent help from the marshalls. It was a shame that there were only two of us there who wanted to drive our TVR`s?

Looks like a good weekend again, gutted they brought in the noise restrictions or I would've been there.

No one checked the noise thank goodness!

There were 3 TVRs out on Saturday and we all had a lot of fun!

If I had known that I would've been there! Been to the last four and always had a great day, I wonder if they are going to check for the next one?

Hmm, I've got 2 1/4 hours of in-car footage and not sure what to do with it. One 12 minute 195Mb .mov clip has become 350Mb when tried to 'compress' it into .avi format. My PC can't handle the .mov but plays the (lower res!) .avi OK. Webshots has a 10 minute/150Mb limit.

Any ideas how I can share these files?

I was concerned that I may fall foul of the 105dB noise limit too so I bought myself a noise meter. Turns out that my 4 Ltr V8 TVR with a modified 'sports' exhaust only put out 96dB(A) at 4000RPM.

Ooh, hello. Been a lurker on the forum for several years. Thought I'd better sign up!

What a fantastic day on Saturday! Yes sorry, it was me lowering the tone of the place and destroying cones in my big 'ol dirty Merc. With 282kg of interior missing, it was actually quite a lively beast.

I've read a few comments of people not adhering to the rules, but from my perspective, everybody I encountered was driving perfectly sensibly all day. Such a relaxing atmosphere. All praise to the organisers.

Not much to add in the way of photos, as I was out having too much fun. Thanks to Stuart, one of the Jag brothers, who foolishly agreed to sit beside me and give some instruction. Learnt more in that half hour than throughout the rest of the day. Cheers!
