What you require is a Combine Harvester to make to the hay and baler to make the bales. YOu'll also require a tractor to pull the baler.
You can big rectangles, little squares or even round bales, too! Choices, choices!

Darren, top post mate and showing signs of a very late and alcohol filled evening judging by the grammar..........can you hook the baler to the RS yet? or do you still use the RR Sport....You can big rectangles, little squares or even round bales, too! Choices, choices!

I don't know what you mean regarding "late night" and "alcohol-filled"?! Kev
Well the Range Rover is certainly proficient at pulling the baler, with it's high torque.
The is where the RS will fall down, so it's merely on light duties at the moment, pulling empty trailers and the such

Had been thinking about replacing my oil boiler for one of the hay bale burners, load up 3/4 each day onto the track and job done. Then I thought about dry storage and I would have to buy an small barn Then the pysical effort of lumping those bloody great bales about Nah, sod it I carry on oil burning. Bit of an 'B' tho when surrounded by straw and see vast loads trundling past the front door on back of trailers.

You need a hay cutter most use a finger knife, a hay tedder, to turn the hay, then a baler to bale the hay. You use a combine to harvest wheat with straw being a waste product.
