What make/model car is this?

Looks like a Peugeot 106 or Saxo.
But if it's a Peugeot, the colour and those alloys look very familiar. The other day I was driving over Mousehold Heath, and an on coming car completely lost it in the wet! Span 90 degrees one way, then a full 360, plus another 180 hitting the curb square on and getting stuck in the soft verge. A car in front of me swerved had to avoid it the out of control vehicle.
Young driver, looked to be around early 20s and a female passenger both escaped unharmed. Once freed, the car was fine, too. The driver just seemed to laugh it off!
I just hope the fool learned his lesson, and this isn't the same car/driver
