iluvmercs has an Audi!
Discussion
As a few of you will know, I've been test driving lots of cars over the past few months.
After my test drive in an Audi S5, I was hooked on the idea of an Audi. When I managed to get behind the wheel of an RS4, I knew that was the one for me!
So the search began for a decent example. A couple of weeks ago, I found the right one (in the PistonHeads classifieds of course!!).
On Wednesday I picked it up the from anindependant Audi dealer in Iver, Buckinghamshire.
It was registered in July 2006 and only had 6,300 miles on the clock when I picked it up!
The drive back was about the most demanding I could have done for my first decent drive in the car. School rush hour traffic in Harrow, fog on the M1, snow and ice in Luton and Royston, followed by very thick fog from Cambridge to Shipdham and finally rain from Shipdham on my way in to Norwich!
It has an awesome sound, and is bloody quick!
The Mercedes will still come out to play on show days and the odd pub meet in the summer, but this will be used daily.
Surprisingly, I've so far returned the same MPG figures I acheived with the Merc!
Anyway, here are a couple of teaser photos. I'll get some better ones up when I've had the chance to clean her.

Very Nice Darren
Now then, what is it that Clarkson says, All Audi`s are driven by Cocks
They've all got the same surname !. Needless to say Darren you'll be tailgating everyone now you have an Audi . On a serious note it does look nice. Hey Mr Lewis, I take it you're ignoring my emails now then .. tut.. I'll have to find some other friends to go to Chatsworth with. Now that could be tricky. Now then, what is it that Clarkson says, All Audi`s are driven by Cocks

Or will that be too expensive considering the new tyres/dics/pads etc that you'll need afterwards
Well Darren that is a nice beast, drive it carefully, glad you kept the Merc as well.
Wendy congratulates you on waht in her opinion is a 1st class choice, she has just taken delivery of her new Audi TTS, yes like you she couldnt part with her Mini, she still drives that and belongs to the mini club, as you can see her Mini is in the back ground lol.
