Visit to Hawker Restorations, Sunday 28th October
Discussion
At long last and with the help of Paul (pk500) it looks like we may have this trip off the ground (no pun intended!).

I visited them with the Spitfire Society some years ago and anyone who's interested in engineering will find it fascinating. Paul tells me they currently have three 'planes there and some old racing cars as well (sorry, don't know what kind!). The place is about three miles south east of Lavenham.
We need to know numbers so that a local pub can be arranged - please reply here or PM if you prefer.
(This visit will replace the normal PHEA meeting for October)

i love to come on this, so i'll put my name down. i'll probably be in my 'normal' car as i'm not that confident the ginetta will make it without being troublesome.(its ok, i'll hide the skoda at the back out of sight!)
i went to lavenham last weekend via the back lanes from great barton, and you are right, it is indeed quite a maze! (though gorgeous!)

Yep, 19 now.
After conferring with Ian V, we've decided to keep the monthly meet/pub nosh at Tostock first, then convoy down to HR for 2.00pm.
Blimey, if we are up to 19 I had better speak to Stan at the Gardeners again. I thought that 10-15 would cover us ! Can you keep me posted on numbers please John. After conferring with Ian V, we've decided to keep the monthly meet/pub nosh at Tostock first, then convoy down to HR for 2.00pm.
