Or can anyone recommend someone who will sort out my sodding annual tax returns as I've had enough. I used to know how to file them once upon a time but I've given up, I've forgotten it all and I've no idea what I'm doing anymore. So there it is!

To anyone that knows even the slightest bit about tax returns, this is a ridiculously easy job, I work from home, don't employ anyone and don't have any fancy pensions or savings schemes & all my income & expenditure is electronic so no cash involved.

I've asked elsewhere on Pistonheads and was surprised to discover that for someone to sort me out would cost from £100-350 which is far less than I thought (my dad used to pay 1000s). I think I'm paying TOO much tax & am keen to pay the "correct" amount.

Can anyone help?

Hannah.

When I sold my business 2 years ago, I had a full time accountant, I paid him a large bonus on sale.

He is now retired (65), but does all my accounts for my two new business.

He works from my office a couple of times a week, but also does the odd bits and pieces for others from home and does not charge them a fortune.

If this is of interest PM me and i'll give you his phone number, you wont find a better guy.

Regards

Patrick
