Blantant name dropping !!!

I was at Snetterton on Saturday with my neighbour John, who some of you may remember from Rougham. Anyway whilst there we met up with Andrew Kitson ( a well known motorsport painter ) who has just completed a picture and some limited addition prints for John, and whilst talking he mentioned that earlier in the day he had met Chris Rea in the pits area.

So to cut a long story short whilst watching the racing down at Russell we were introduced to Chris Rea by Andrew Kitson. We then spent the whole of the Ferrari race chatting motorsport with the two of them. I must say a big thanks to Andrew for the introduction and a bigger thank you to Chris Rea for taking the time to make my day. I must also say what a really nice down to earth bloke he is.

Anyway thats it, name dropping over!! The race meeting was fantastic as well.

I was there too, I didn't speak to him personally but he seemed like a really genuine chap chatting to one of the Ferrari Open Challenge drivers, someone did say that he used to race in that series a few years back.

You need to post up the url of the actual picture, not the link.

Chris Rea - I stood next to him at the burger stall on Saturday, waiting for him to finish with the Tommy Sauce. I'll be dining out on that tale in years to come...

To get the url I right clicked on picture and selected properties
