Great to see Ian

I noticed the only repair tools needed when banger racing, are a sledge hammer and angle grinder!!

Ah yes, but there was a stewards enquiry about the angle grinder as a sledge hammer is deemed sufficient for all repairs!

I have to admit to being more into "F1" than "Banger" (also standing ankle deep in mud and freezing conditions doesn`t do much for me!) but I was surprised by the amount of work that goes into getting them ready (and they do have to pass scrutineering as well) - especially as Aaron only lasted a total of 7 laps over both races, not much for all the effort put in!

His car has now unfortunately gone to the scrapyard in the sky!

Great vids Ian

The sound of a nice chevy V8, followed by a bit of car carnage always seems appealing
How's about mix the 2 - Ultima banger racing hee hee

Where was that banger racing? I recently had a friend enter a destruction derby at Swaffham - that was fun to watch! This was followed by another destruction derby with caravans!! Rather entertaining

That event was at Kings Lynn "International" speedway circuit, there is a better class of mud there!
