...through the winter gloom period. The main criteria will be the weather if you like!

Perhaps use this thread for ideas and we can then compile a "to hoon list" for short notice drives. GTR-GAZs pics in another thread have given me my choice for suggestion:

Holkham Hall and Bay on the North Norfolk coast - stunning scenery, I never tire of it. Providing there is enough support, I`ll keep the Flying Fortress open on the last Sunday of each month as well ok.

I'd be up for that Ian!

Might have to come in the "sensible" car though

Wells-next-to-sea, Blakeney, Sherringham & Cromer All good places for a winter

Had a good Meal/Beer : in the Lifeboat Inn at Thornham, the pub also has a big carpark opposite.

That`s what I like to see - heavily biased towards Norfolk!

There are other counties though, any ideas?!

Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Dunwich, Southwold & Walberswick are nice-The Bell in walberswick is good for food/ parking a bit of a nightmare, unless you use the carpark about 100 Meters away and I belive there all in SUFFOLK. Or of coure theres good old Wells- next-the-sea good carpark, fish & chips and miles of sand & dunes- But alas this is in "Norfolk"

Again Norfolk (sorry Ian) but hows about a winter run from Kings Lynn, round the A149 to Cromer and/or Yarmouth? An idea possibly for summer???

I'd be up for a short notice hoons - if I'm not stuck working on my house! I keep saying I'll come but never manage to make them!

How about here:
www.anglia-karting.co.uk/index.html
It's arrive and drive at the weekend so booking not required. Good value too.

Karting sounds fun! Thanks for pointing that out smedlen! That practically on my door step! Multimap claim its only 12 mins from me! Think i'll be using them hoon or not! lol
I'm liking all this as well - potentially a 2nd successive hoon a stones throw from my house! but of course i'll ALWAYS go to TFF first

We seem to be edging towards a 'Clacton Karting' Hoon.

Anyone familiar with any of these?
