Hi guys,

Many thanks to Ian and Jon for organising everything!

It was great to see you all at the Raid today! I enjoyed it very much, and I will be on another one! Also i think i'm deaf from that Tubi exhaust!

Hope you guys all had a good day too. See you all soon!

Thanks,
Darren

Me too

Will aim to bring the quieter car next time.

Nice to put faces to names and meet you all. Nicely organised run and the food was nice at the pub (even if the landlord made Victor Meldrew look like the most charming and cheerful chap ever).

Gary/Simon/Dawn - apologies for not saying goodbye at Kerridges. All set off quite quickly.

Max/Claire - PM me when you're nearer to moving and I can help you out with details of parking, London living etc. if you need it. Hope you didn't get hit by the rain on the way back.

Great run everybody! Thanks to Ian and John for organising it all. We are both looking forward to the next one already!

On the way home we managed to have 85 miles of lovely sunny B roads, but the last 2 miles it was like a tropical storm! Very funny, but I wouldn't have wanted to do many more miles in it!

Murph355 - thanks, I'll email you through your profile.

Anyway - sausages for tea...

And a rare beastie...

NB To correct the record this was all Ian's baby; I'm off duty until the next Show!

Good to meet some new faces today and I hope you'll be able to make some of the 2006 shows. If you've never had an e-mail from me headed 'To all PHers' please send me your addy, then you'll know exactly what's going on in good time to book if you wish. More details at www.phea.co.uk.

Yep, a good day! Weather turned out better than expected too.
Well organised as usual Ian. (When's the next one )

Great to see Murph and his Ferrari, also Phil and his Cobra (wasn't expecting to see that with all that cloud)

Liked the Lotus too. Not seen one of those before.

Am I tempted to buy that Noble at Kerridges? Nah..not yet! When I'm 70 and can no longer get in the Ultima, then maybe.

Gary

I like this one. Three men in serious thought over a Lotus

My little girl was intriged by the lotus - it was all I could do to stop her climbing in whilst you lot were off buying your sosinges.

You should have said hello - sure Max would have let her sit in it!

It certainly seems to get a lot of attention! Say hello next time and she can have a sit - same goes for anyone (although it can be 'interesting' getting out - so be warned !)

The photos are great (if not a little large ) - any chance of emailing the one with me driving to me?

ooh sounds great, she is a real petrol head (no idea where she gets it from), we just happened to be looking at the pigs in the woodland walk when an almighty rumble filed the air, Ellie said "sounds like a TVR" so we peered out of the foliage and there you all were - I'd read about the raid a few weeks ago but thought we'd missed it!

Any way by the time we got out the woods the cars were deserted, I'll keep an eye out for the next run and tag along if you dont mind an old (very shiny) mx5 showing up

cheers
