Good Morning All,

Firstly, i had one job for PH this year and that was to secure the Helmingham Hall 'Festival of Classic and Sports Cars' stand... i have failed, they are overbooked and cannot offer PH a stand this year. I apologise for this, i thought i had time to book this but apparently HH have had unprecedented demand for stands, which i guess is a good thing for the show.

The show is Sunday 6th August 10am until 4pm.

Now for the good news. If we wish to turn up as a PH clan then we can park in the general exhibitor area, which if you know HH and are facing the hall, this is the area on the right hand side. In order to organise this my suggestion is that each individual car buys a ticket, i will then organise a convoy nearer the time so that we all arrive together and then can park together. Tickets are £12 (£10 + £2 booking fee), which entitles one car, one driver and one passenger to enter. I suggest buying tickets in advance, which are essential for parking in the general exhibitor area. It's not a special ticket, but does mean you get to park closer than parking on the day.

We can turn up anytime after 5:30am, however i think a more sociable 8am might be better and the event opens officially at 10am. This means that you can get early access and beat the crowds to the parking, bacon rolls and coffee.

Tickets can be bought from: https://helminghamhall.tygit.com/shop/group-ticket...

Let me know your thoughts and my apologies again for not arranging this in good time. It's always a good event, well attended and always lots of good and interesting cars on display.

To anyone interested in the convoy. Meet at Martlesham Costa (IP5 3RU) at 8am, to leave by 8:15am to make our way to HH for about 8:30ish.

Advanced ticket essential.

See you there!

I was going to attend this. But, we've got family visiting next weekend and Mrs B has 'other plans'.

Grandchildren, what's the point? hehe

Have fun!

Ah, that's such a shame - it adds over half an hour to my journey. frown
