PHEA Roadshow: Modified Live Snetterton - Sun 24th Oct

Good morning everyone,
Following yesterday's BIH Coastal Run Post, I am delighted to announce our FINAL Roadshow of 2021 will see us return to Modified Live & Time Attack, Snetterton on Sunday 24th October.
That's right, after a 2020 absence we shall again get to show our cars at this superb event.
EVENT INFORMATION
Despite it's name, the show isn't just restricted to modified cars. Anything sporty, fast, rare, unusual, classic or exotic is welcome so please come along!

A full list of racing will be made public soon on the Time Attack Website HERE
As well as the professional insane Time Attack cars, the Event itself promises Drifting; Civic Cup Racing; RWYB Time Attack; Public Track Time; Show & Shine Competition; Formula Car Display.
All this on top their usual Trade Stands and of course the Car Club area.
It's shaping up to be the fun day out it has been before

CLUB STAND SIGN UP
To attend as part of PHEA , you sign up online by completing on registration form on the Modified Live Website HERE
You fill in your details and then MUST Enter Car Club Code: 72526030. You'll received a verification email to complete the process.
Once done, please let me know so I can update The List on here. Thank you
All Passes and Show Instructions are sent out 2 Days before the event.
COSTS
While attending the Car Show element is Free, the Entry to Snetterton for the Event does cost: It's £19 per Adult (16+), £11 per 13-15 year old with Under 13s Free.
You can buy them in advance from the MSV Website HERE
Advanced tickets can be purchased up the Wednesday 20th October, after which tickets will be available at the gate on the day, at slightly increased rate.
MEET
Please meet 8am to head in together at 8:30am which will giving us enough time to be set up before the show opens to the public at 9am.
We'll be on the approach road to the Snetterton Circuit - EXACT LOCATION MAP LINK HERE
Once in, please feel to explore the site and attractions all day until the track events end around 6:30pm.
If you cannot be there until the end of the day, site movement in previous years hasn't been an issue. Just please be mindful of the many pedestrians and the speed limits. Thank you.
COVID-19 Note
While the legal government restrictions have now ended, please be mindful of any recommendations or suggestions which may still be in place at the venues we visit.
When outside if you prefer to maintain mask-wearing, social distancing and hand sanitising, please do. Additionally, if you still wish for a non-contact greeting please simply say so on the day. This way we will respect each others' wishes and keep everyone feeling safe and comfortable.
We ask that if you feel ill, please do not attend the Event.
We also politely request this simple C-19 mention doesn't descend into Covid discussions and arguments across any of the PHEA platforms.

I see on the website the timetable of events are still to be published, however in the past there has been plenty of automotive delights to amuse our small kids and us big ones, alike

I've not had any information either, however Rob197 kindly shared with me the information he received
I cannot get hold of the Modified Live people via either phone or email.
However, Don't Worry.....
We shall still meet in same place and time listed above.
If you have an MSV Event Ticket already, please remember to bring it with you. If not, you can pay on the gate.
We shall convoy in together to the show area and I will explain the situation to anyone who may ask.
I can't see this being too much of an issue as we have an allocated space for us.
