Rolls Royce car and driver hire Norfolk

Hi
I’m looking to hire a ( modern) RR and a driver for my parents 60th wedding anniversary.
My idea is basically to take them from their home in Norfolk to a nice restaurant in the evening( around 30mins away), then simply drive them back home after.
Any recommendations out there?
The slight twist is that I’m based in the USA so calling and making the payment will be more tricky and so some ‘working with me’ will be required?
Any recommendations ?
The restaurant I currently have in mind is Brasteds, any other suggestions taken
It’s a bit of a rush, around 19th September is the date, although it doesn’t have to be on the exact date, around that is ok
