a friend of mine said there is a meeting of classic and sports cars (mainly TVR's)at the green opposite the Goat Inn at Hertford Heath on the first Sunday of the month, which is this Sunday!

I might wander down in the Ultima and have a look if the weather's ok.

Anybody been there before?

Edited to add: I have worked the last 4 Sundays and need to get out!!

I would have come with you Gary but "unfortunately" we have been invited down to relatives back in Essex and as we`ve put them off several times already, we can`t do it again - can we?!

Let us know what it`s like though as we could do another time maybe

Well loads of interesting cars of all shapes and sizes!

The meetings have been held here since the 70's.

Parking can be a nightmare unless you get there early.

The roads are only wide enough to park on one side.

On the whole though, a good meeting with about 40 interesting cars there

Nice pics Gary! I would have liked to come along but this weekend I prefered to be insulted by my brother-in-law and to drink way too much Whisky!

I can almost see your Ultima in one of them! Talk about "bees round a honeypot"!

Aha, now I see. There's some nice stuff there. However it appears to have been held on a housing estate....?

Err..a village green with houses around it actually
Not really suitable for an invasion of TVR's to be honest. Best stick to the FF, more car friendly

Oh do calm down gentlemen. I said 'housing estate'.

I live on a housing estate too. Let it go.
