recommended mobile cleaner / polisher please

Hi,

I'd like someone to clean and polish my car, possibly remove some scratches / swirls. I'm not an expert in this, but I don't mean a chips away type person, I think I mean a mobile valeter. Ideally I'd like them to become regular, with maybe 4 cleans / polishes per year (car only does 2-3000 miles pa)
