Whats Happening? Unmarked Police Cars on A140

Any one have any idea what this was all about

Us coming South on A140 about 7.30pm and between the A140 /A47 R/Bout and Long Stratton
encounted going North towards Norwich 9 Unmarked police car all on Blues and two's and
going as fast as possible.

I was in my Hi Lux thats a go fast one, but I wouldn't have had a chance !
and I was heading South they were going North ! So did they find you ?

Glad someone else saw them. Told people at work about it and we all wondered what it was about?

Travelling north to Eye for chippy chips and then it was all action around Stoke Ash!

Odd selection of cars as well, even a small van.

I know those drivers are very well trained, but that was scary/exciting seeing them giving it monty on what’s usually a slow and boring stretch of road.

It was verging bloody dangerous when I saw then push through traffic following a combine harvester around Stonham.
Overtaking on an unsighted bend as well.

Not sure what it was about but I suspect some sort of training. I have seem similar behaviour up and down the mendlesham straight before.
