S/S handrail & balustrade company

Looking to replace our old handrail & balustrade leading to our front door. Had a couple of online contacts but that seems to be supply only. I would like a site visit with a measure up of job, manufacture and fit. Emailed a Company in Newmarket twice but they have not got back to me, guess they are not interested in the job.
Any leads and recommendations please.
