Hi,

The family are going on a trip from Norfolk to the theater for a performance at 14:30.

Plan is to drive to a station to NE of London and catch train / tube in from there. This means kids can sleep in car on way home.

In the past I've used South Woodford but only because I briefly lived there and I know where it is. Its not particularly convenient.

Thanks

any closer and you'll have trouble parking tbh.

anywhere on the other branch out to newbury park etc will be worse for parking.

Personally I'd just use South Woodford or Wanstead, and buy a coffee for the journey

I use Westfield Stratford, loads of parking and excellent tube connections to the City and Canary Wharf. It costs about £8.50 to park all day.

This is what we did. Worked well*. Thanks for all the replies.

  • except for being stationary for an hour an a half on the M11 on the way home.
