Sticking rear brake caliper..

My Insignia Turbo is making an annoying squeak from the o/s rear.. I've sprayed it with brake cleaner which cures it for about a mile.. the wheel has heavier brake dust deposits than the others although not excessively hot.. I'm hoping it's a sticking caliper ( rather than a failed one) Anyone know a trusted garage in Norwich who can sort it... fast Eddy is this something you could do ? Regards Phil..
