White Lion Ufford
Discussion
My annual shout out for SATURDAY 1st April, amazing car show where anything may turn up from racing Bugatti of the 1930s to Austin 7 and most stuff in between. If modern classics are your thing a superb selection is always on view from Aston Martin to Morris 1000. Full of enthusiasts to chat with, fine beer and burgers.
White Lion, ufford. Just turn up from around 11.00am.

Thanks for the 'heads up' David.
It was a lovely show last year. Very relaxed and full of some fantastic motors.
The public car park is worth walking around too.
I will try and organise a few from around the Stowmarket area. Hopefully, the 'Roller' will be back on the road by then.
Are you bringing the Volvo ?

T'was a good show - lots of vintage cars and a fair few rare 1980s metal too.
The R5GTT got me there and back in good order. Not keen on the run-ins
I get with people seeing an old car and come what may (read as danger)
they _have_ to get in front. I might delay their lives by nought point five
of a second.

A little bit down on numbers this year , but still a great show.
^^^^^
Thanks and sorry I missed you at the show. Yes numbers did seem a little down but the quality was as high as usual. Great cars, friendly people.
My take home car this year was the calthorpe open tourer, just fresh from a restoration in sage green /aluminium bonnet, flippin' gorgeous. Of course that is ignoring all of the 'uppper echelon' Bugatti and Bentley, R.R.

Indeed it is, thanks eccles. As always looking forward to this great meet, this year I will be in my MG Magnette ZB. See you there.
Missed you again this year!We got there early, at 10 o'clock, and watched everyone arrive. I didn't park on the field as we thought we'd be leaving quite early, but in the end I was chatting to another Mercedes owner by my car on the road outside as you came passed in your Magnette (followed by a V-Rod).
Some lovely cars again, but seems to have lost it's association with the 'Bentley boys'. Looks like we were blessed with best weather of the weekend as well.
Good show again this year and the weather was lovely, roof down on the way home!
I arrived thinking there were a lot of cars parked up the road only to find the field for the newer cars opposite was closed (as it was flooded from the rain last week). I'm friends with one of the marshals so he very kindly let me park in the main field, my wife knows his wife so they caught up for a chat meaning we were both happy. We stayed a little longer than anticipated as we were right in the middle with two rows of cars in front that kindly moved when we were ready to go.
Caught up with some friends and familiar faces in the sunshine, cool cars and a barbeque in a country pub setting. It doesn't get much better until we had to leave quite early as I had to get back to painting the bedroom! Lovely Ferrari behind me on the way back.
Looking forward to it next year.

tag has evaporated a little, didn’t even have thier own parking area this year!
Yup, very lucky with the weather, it was raining when we left BSE just that light stuff that annoys. Otherwise another nice season opener.
V Rod, which is your car?
