The weather is at last showing signs of improvement so if you need a post winter blast or your car`s been in hibernation, make it a date for The Flying Fortress in Bury St Edmunds around 1pm for a beer and natter

If you haven`t been before, here is the pubs postcode IP31 2QU for www.multimap.com

Message for "Toffer" - should I bring the PUG 406 or the Picasso?!!

What time do you normally meet up?

Don't forget it's easter sunday then. do you think it will be too busy to get a meal without waiting all afternoon?

(I've never been to the Flying Fortress so have no idea what the routine is)

Umm in the Bucket and Spade Raid thread you've said the raid will take the place of the FF meet for April...

Hi Gary, meet up around 1pm usually. It`s usually pretty for space, there is a choice of carvery etc and bar meals so should be ok. If the weather is good, there is also seating outside

Thanks for the tip, I'd completely forgotten about the clocks changing. Looks like I'll finally be able to make it along to my first EAPH meet after threatening to show up on a number of occasions.

See you there!

Nice to meet those who made it on Sunday.

I can recommend the food at The flying Fortress. It was excellent!

The Dodge Viper looked good too. Any idea who owned that. Was he with us?

That was me

Couldn't stay long as had prior arrangements at my parents in Bury, but good to meet all those I did.

Nice to see old and new faces!

I was disappointed to see that no one took any pics of my Citroen Picasso - and after I`d spent 3 hours cleaning it as well!

I also noted that the gathering boasted roughly 50/50 day cars/sports cars so obviously dodgy weather doesn`t influence our means of transport one bit

Roll on the good weather
