PHEA Meet: Snetterton Summer Wednesday - Wednesday 15th July
Discussion
Hello everyone!
With Kimbolton Charity Car Show fast approaching, I thought it a good time to post up about our next SSW Meet!.
This month, it's on Wednesday 15th July, immediately after the PHEA Track Event.
It's basically an opportunity for petrolhead individuals and clubs to get together, creating a large car show, where track time is also available
As with each SSW, it will begin around 6pm and end at 9-10pm, dependent on light and weather.
Fasteddys will again arrange the location of our Club Stand. This month, we may be over by the Archie Scott Brown Facility and if not the usual place outside the Tyrells Cafe, but just keep an eye out for Fasteddys branded truck and of course the PHEA Banner.
We'll meet at the venue.
Entry is FREE for the viewing public and show attendees, but track time will incur costs.
Track time is also subject to usual track day necessities: long leg & sleeve clothing, helmets, signing on, safety briefing and noise testing.
It's all booked through MSV, their links below.
Tyrells Cafe will be open for business.
Movement on site is permitted, so you are free to arrive and leave whenever you wish, but please adhere to the site speed limits and watch for pedestrians.
Further Details of this Event can be found the SSW Facebook Page HERE and track time can be booked through the MSV Website HERE
To give us a rough idea of numbers to help us arrange the Club Stand, could you please add your name to the list starting on this thread.
You can of course email me, should you wish
Alternatively, please post on the Event Page over on our Facebook Page HERE
Last month was a cracker, so please Join us for the next SSW PHEA Meet
We look forward to seeing you.
Darren

The attendance levels continue to grow and unfortunately, despite the great atmosphere and continued support from those who attend every month, we have found ourselves under scrutiny from the local authorities.
In order to keep the Summer Wednesday events going we need everyone to take it easy when leaving the venue. This event can finish relatively late in the evening and the noise level of cars making their way home can carry and disturb our neighbours. We like to keep them on side for obvious reasons.
Please help us keep this event by keeping noise levels down and car activity in a manner that will not fuel the issues being raised by residents and attract increased council attention
