Not specifically what this is for..... but... If anyone knows of any QS / Estimating vacancies for small / medium sized building companies, please shout. Happy to freelance, based in Essex.

I'm a QS - I've had quite a few recruitment consultants phoning me recently for opportunities around Cambs / Essex so there is work out there.

Gipping Construction were looking recently for a QS, they are based nr Ipswich, not sure if they have found anyone yet, the position is still on their website http://gippingconstruction.co.uk/team.html

Barnes group are quite busy at the moment, & Lakehouse have picked up a few nice jobs which will need QSing..

Thanks alot guys, I've managed to secure a few interviews just by ringing some local contractors - perhaps I should be going in to recruitment ;-) offered one job, 40mins commute on a Sunday, nearly two hours midweek.... The search continues.... Fingers crossed I nail one of the interviews!! Emily :-)
