Thought i would give one a try as not owned an Audi before. They seem to be pretty well built and can take the miles/abuse although have their fare share of issues (sensors, coilpacks etc)
A couple of people on here have fast Audis and have not killed them YET (cough blue one)
A 2001 facelift S3 in black with the lovely heated electric Recaros. Done 130K but drives ok. Alot around with this sort of mileage and more which means they are on the road alot rather than not used or broken. Ones advertised as low mileage have 90K+!!

Needs a couple of jobs doing, but should be ready next week to try out.

Great car Eddie.
I ran one for 2 years before my S4.
Remap was well worth it. But it fried the clutch within 2 weeks of doing it!

Apart from a sensor (crank I think) failing my only other issue was xenon self levelling motors not always working correctly.
