Local BMW specialists (Norwich)

Hi all, was wondering what BMW specialists you could recommend in norwich, iv got an E36 323i (only had it for 4 weeks) and i can hear the timing chain rattle, so i want to get the tensioner done on it, but dont fancy getting totally ripped off. iv found VMC + STR, but im hearing of a place called herring & palmer? never seen it though or heard of it before hand. i know the job isnt the most taxing in the world (or so im given the impression) but id rather a professional looked at it.

any other places you guys could recommend or even confirm that they are very good garages, that would be fantastic.

Herring and Palmer are good guys and in the small council units behind the BP/McDonald's on the Hall Road / Barrett Road roundabout.
You enter via Hall Road just after the Police station.

Both are ex BMW Dealership guys and know their stuff.
