Surveyor and solicitor recommendations? East Suffolk

Can anybody recommend a good surveyor - full survey on a non-listed house dating back to 18th century which has been added to over the years?

Also, a good solicitor?

Estate agent has recommended some but personal experiences always good to hear.

Nigel Lubbock at Steeles is a good call for a solicitor. he's in their Diss office half the week which isn't far from you I think?
