Plea from a PHer from south coast region!!!!

Hi all,
My step daughter moves into her (new to her) house tomorrow (Hockwold cum Wilton) and waited in all day for a plumber who didn't turn up despite calling him yesterday to confirm.
She needs a boiler, oil tank check and general system check.
Can anyone recommend someone who's reliable please?
I know from the south coast forums, folks who say someone is good is generally just that.
She has also had numerous people who have come to look at plastering jobs (nothing major) but none have got back to her either - unbelievable, work must be plentiful up there!!! Also needs quotes on refurbishing some outbuildings to make an annexe, so a good builder who does the work himself not outsource it to others.
If anyone can help (the plumber in the first instance) I'm sure she'd be very relieved.
