I should think 28th July at 7am would be a worthy date time on which to gorge on breakfast delights at the central location.
What would your contact think of this?

I shall be running a mission to the Big Smoke tomorrow but we can discuss this in further details upon my return after Sunday.

I think as long as we were all catered for by around 9am latest would be OK (after that they will want to be setting up for lunches)

Will check to make sure that date doesn't fall foul of any other activities they host

Sorted 28th will firm up the numbers when we have an idea of them (max they can cope with is 50 heads - can't see us hitting that number so guessed at 15-25)
