Can someone highly recommend a decent bodyshop

Afternoon,
Does anyone know or is able to 'highly' recommend a decent car workshop that can custom make / adapt a car part for me.
I'll explain in better detail as it's not like I'm asking anyone to reinvent the wheel.
In the USA you can get duckbill boots and spoilers for the Nissan GT-R these are over there around £800 - £1500 depending on the finish whether it's carbon, FRP, etc and if you have it cut for a 3rd brake light or not.
By time you've shipped across of from distributors in Japan you have no change from £2000.
I'm wanting basically to pass the top piece of a Nissan GT-R standard OEM spoiler to a car shop to have the rear section shaped to and curved up, then a mould taken so it can be replicated.
Anyone know of places that can do this.
Examples of what I'm looking to achieve on the off chance someone on here has the skills or knows someone who can and can point / forward then the concept of what I'm looking at having done.

Mark, yes I originally e-mailed them a few times with no success so I gave them a call but the person I spoke to didn't know what I was on about and when I rang back after getting no call back as I was told I was advised again person I needed to contact wasn't there and they'd call back and still didn't.
I've also contacted Revozsport direct to similar scenario they don't respond to e-mails and speak poor English and holding a conversation was very hard.
GT-RR who supply for America were good in terms of communication and basically the way Revozsport work anyway is it's shipped direct from there warehouse usually in Hong Kong, so the company takes the PO then forwards it on and it comes direct hence shipping fee's nearly always around the £500 due to freight + duty + VAT.
It's not actually the boot I'm after as such though, it's the sort of lip but on the spoiler, MINES do an add-on like what I want but firstly it's over £2.5k for just an add-on and second I want a 1 piece top section really not whats OEM + as with the MINES another part I bolt / screw onto the upper section.

That looks spot on, very promising. Where abouts is he based if I wanted to visit and have a chat with him and take the piece I have along as an example.
