En effet c'est 'façon', j'oublie . . . .

robg2 passenger... Saturday & Sunday

I'm afraid that Marham will have to do without the red Nova this time around, at least on the track. I'd already entered a rally in it the same weekend, and leaving Salisbury at 9am on Sunday morning (with no sleep) and going directly to Marham for continued hooning doesn't really sound like that good an idea!
I'll ask my bro to put me as a passenger though, so will still be there on Sunday afternoon - no doubt to bring vital fuel supplies. If anyone else wants a zombie for a passenger then please let me know!

I will return the compliment after last August......and I have changed my name.....do you need me to put you down as a passenger, or will your bro do that? You can also drive my TVR if you like. It will be on better tyres this time (if it isn't raining) and tyere's a small chance I may have more power than last year.

I'd like you to take control of my Rover 200vi for a few laps, having sat in with you in the Nova before - reckon you'd show me things I never knew it could do, even after owning it for 4 years! (even in your sleep-deprived state!)
I'll not be signing up until mid-March though, hence why I'm not on the list.

That would be good - for a while I worked as a chassis development engineer for MG Rover and have done lots and lots of 'hot laps' in ZRs. But that was a long time ago and it would be nice to have a refresher!

TVR, mmmm! (Ps - if for whatever reason I do take the Nova to the next trackday, it'll have better rear tyres than last time and everything might be a bit more... er... controlled!!!)

Get Jmb88 to add you as a passenger/second driver and we will take it from there. I am already booked for both days.
Shame about the improved tyres - it was hysterical last August

I will, unless his brother adds him first; can cross that bridge nearer the time.

Thought I remembered Stuart saying you'd done some work for MG-R - be interested to see what you think of how my car goes. it's got ZR160 suspension to firm it up a little, but that's getting a bit tired now. Also have a BRM gearbox fitted, so a nice long 1st and 2nd gear, and limited slip diff smile may still be on winter tyres at Marham as well, which could make it more fun for you. feel free to use all the revs the VVC engine gives too - I'll be using all of them smile
