Help with Amateur DIY

Afternoon all,

I am based in Hundon, Suffolk and have been trying to get the alternator out of my MR2 Turbo. I am fairly inexperienced and would appear to need a bit of help getting this particularly tight fitting item out of my car. Trouble is it is a race against time and I would love to have it our by end of play Saturday so I can get it to the alternator repair guy.

Is there anyone local who is handy with the spanners that might be able to help me out? Beer and sandwiches will be provided.
