What to do in Norwich this weekend?

I'm up there this weekend with the wifey for her birthday. Sadly a Lotus factory tour is out of the question but what should we see in the city centre and which are the better bars/pubs?

Lots of bars / pubs etc. What sort of thing you looking for? In the centre (its not a big city) area round Tombland has the trendy bar type places and Prince of Wales Road is a little more livley (or rough depending on your point of view). Fat Cat is frequently voted best pub in the UK if you are willing to leave the very centre - its about 5 mins in a cab from Tombland. Where are you staying?

What sort of places do you want to visit? There is a castle, two cathedrals and lots of pretty winding cobled streets. If you want to shop there are lots of small specialist shops around the "Lanes" area and the very large modern Mall at Chapplefield.

Let us know what you are interested in and I'll see what I can come up with. I've lived in the cobbled centre for 10 years and have viisted most pubs etc.
