PHEA Roadshow: Cars on the Green - Sunday 15th July
Discussion
Good evening everyone.
After the unfortunate news that the Kimbolton Event was cancelled, I have looked in to what else we could do.
And so I have managed to secure PHEA a very last minute stand at Bury Retro Ford's Cars on the Green, which is being held on Sunday 15th July - that's THIS SUNDAY.
This is an Event PHEA has attended in the past, and been enjoyed by everyone who attended. The only reason we were not attending this year was because of the clash with Kimbolton.
It seems as though they are getting even bigger, with a change of venue and potentially even more to see!
FULL Details can be found by CLICKING HERE
I have been given just 12 passes for us, so get your name down on the list to avoid disappointment for this excellent Event
This year's Event is completely FREE to attend, although donations are welcome for three local charities.
We have to be there before 11am, so if we can meet at the Ramada Bury St Edmunds at 10:15am, for a 10:30am convoy to Nowton Park - CLICK HERE for MAP LINK.
It's only a week away, so please get your name down in the usual fashions - either add your name here, email me directly, or add you name to the Event I have created on the PHEA Facebook Page.

***CARS ON THE GREEN CANCELLED***
Good afternoon everyone.
Many thanks to fasteddys for bringing this to my early attention.
I thought it correct to immediately inform you all that I have just had telephone confirmation that the Kimbolton replacement show, Cars on the Green has also been CANCELLED!
Just a reminder that this show was due to take place on this Sunday 15th July.
Once again, the heavy rain means the field is waterlogged.
Upon speaking with one of the organisers, they have said they may be able to postpone to a later date, and I will update you on this if PHEA are available ot attend.
Many apologies for this.

A real shame for all that have put so much effort into what would have been a great event...as it always has been !!!!
If there is anyone that still fancies meeting up (and perhaps a gentle drive afterwards )
I am going to the ORWELL TRUCK STOP with a few others for breakfast and/or coffee..
Meeting there about 9.30- 10-00am Sunday morning, until all fed and watered !
East bound on the A14, after the Orwell bridge....
(even Adrian...the organiser of c.o.t.g. is coming !!)
Hope to see you there...
