Hi guys.
Long time reader, first time poster, thought id introduce myself
My name is Jordan as youve probably worked out from the username. i live near ipswich, suffolk and work in the british army as an aircraft maintenance technicion.
Onto my recent car history as thats what you really want to know. after a few small fords as cheap first cars i moved on and until mid 2011 i had a MK3 Vauxhall Astra which i fitted a modified Calibra C20LET engine to along with 6 speed transmition.
She was great fun, and good for scaring myself s**tless every so often, but the whole chasing power figures game was starting to become a black hole for my money which i couldn't justify any more. at the same time my son was getting bigger so i decided to swap her for a nice new (for me anyway) diesel estate. after looking at loads of different cars we settled on getting a passat.
had it for a year now and very pleased with it. came loaded with spec but ive added some more bits including sport spec leather interior, 19" wheels, genuine VW sat-nav/DVD head unit etc...
