universal exhaust fitting in peterborough?

hello im new hear will have some pics of.car soon.

first i have a question i found it very hard to find a backbox for my 08 mk3 clio 1.2 TCE, so got a universal twin exhaust which looks gorgeous but cause of the lack of pipe i am guessing the old one needs cutting off and new one welding on.

Was wondering if anyone knows of a place or someone skilled enough to do this as its not something i fancy doing myself tbh lol.
