i done one on evening 31/05/12 and had issues with noise, seemed to end up 4db higher than ever before said it was 106db, lots of others had problems too, some questioned method of testing. i had a quieter exhaust with me so all was ok.Im there as a passenger on 14th

There was so many cars on track just wish I was one of them still had a good time spectating with Ed purnell also doing some cheeky donuts in the w124? oh well maybe next time. p.s Mr spanky's caterham what an animal that man is.
I was one of Mr Spanky's passengers !!!!!Was a great evening, the gtr performed flawlessly apart the small matter of a black flag for noise issues towards the end. However they did let me out again as long as I turned the wick down and backed off in a couple places where the noise meter might have been
Was a bit busy for my liking and not enough quick cars, certainly the closing speeds if we didn't back off would have been lethal, although I would say from what I saw and experienced, everyone was very safe, driving within capability, and very polite on track. I wish all track days were this way.
Have a few good videos from the go pro showing a fairly hot lap with no traffic in the 2:12 bracket, which is pretty good for 1.8tonnes of jap lard on knackered tyres, I'll stick em on you tube channel at some point.
The only downer from the evening is that I will be all weekend cleaning seared on carbon deposits from rear bumper. Apparently when Godzilla gets hot and angry, he breathes fire.
