Looking for a race seat, where to try?

Hi,

I'm looking to swap the seat in my car for one that will take a safety harness, and would like to try before I buy, as it's going into a car that I do 10k miles a year in.

Where in Anglia, ideally in the Colchester, Ipswich, Cambridge, Bury area, should I visit that I can see some different seats, and any receommendations on which seat to get?
