Taking on a house that will need some work doing, so Needing a list of building trade recomendations, ideally ones you have used, or PHers.

Re-laying / re-routing of Sewerage / Drainage
Guttering, Facias & Soffets (not UPVC)& touch up Roof tiling
Underpinning
Structural support work to barns
Wood worm treatment
Driveway design & install.

Gary Parker, I think he's based Bury St Edmunds way, he does a lot of groundworks for a company I contract to. He also did the work on a garage/workshop/office project I was heavily involved in & is easy to work with & very thorough with his quotes, you don't get nasty surprises. I have just emailed someone to get his contact details as he doesn't have a website, most of his work comes from reccommendation. I'll post then when I get a reply.
