Hi PH soldiers

Not been around much as been rather busy (Iluvmercs got the FULL run down the other day - sorry mate, you have the patience of angels!) BUT...

Tonight noticed that there is a lot of 'squit' about Verdi - the Ferrari Specialist Garage. I know a few guys run the prancing horse so thought it worthy of a subtle warning....

Beware peeps...

Don't worry - it will only be another 6 months before I pop mi head over the parrepit again!! - not really, I will try harder in 2012!

They are not.

Just because a new company is started with a similar name, does not mean it is the old company ...

To be clear we are talking about LIMITED companies and you need to read up on UK company law.

Limited Company = Limited Liability,
= pee takers

It can happen to anyone, maybe once and you should be allowed to try one more time, but some people just do it over and over again, in their name, then the wifes, then their bit on the side etc, scandalous really.

Hi Jas

I agree if people keep doing it, it should be stopped, but it's not well controlled.

Having said that I do agree with Directors having Limited Liability if a company fails, After all there is no way I would be a Director of a multi million £ turnover company (which I am) if I thought someone could take my house money (not that I have much) etc because the company failed, the failure could be out of my control or the fault of another director.

we will look you up BOCM Pauls ?? .. nerd

But, back on topic, I am sure if there needs to be an investigation then this will happen. However this does not mean the people who have lost money will get any back.
