PHEA Christmas Grub: Sunday 11th December

Afternoon all!
Now edited to change the erroneous date
I hereby announce the PHEA Christmas Lunch 2011!:, being held on Sunday 11th December
This year we will be heading to the Rose and Crown in Stanton, near Bury St Edmunds - CLICK HERE for a MAP LINK
We shall meet at 12:30pm, for 1pm luch
The meal requires a £5 desposit and pre-ordered food, while the meal costs just under £22.
Pre-orders must be received by me BEFORE Sunday 4th December.
To make things easier, if you could pay the deposit to me, and I'll pay the pub. Upon confirmation, I'll privately contact you with my home address
On offer is the Rose and Crown's Christmas Menu:

Some of you may have not received the .pdf file in the email I just sent....
....but don't be alarmed. The FULL menu for your choices is contained within the email. I just wanted to send out the file, too.
However my ISP kept timing out when trying to send the file.
Also, some of you may have received more than one email about the Christmas Meal. That's because the original would have been missing a couple of links, which didn't seem to copy correctly between writing the emails.
Many apologies, but everyone I sent the email to will have the full information required.

URGENT: Christmas Meal DATE ERROR
I have blindly been mentioning that the date for the PHEA Christmas Meal is Sunday 18th December.
I AM WRONG - the date is Sunday 11TH December
Every other piece of information relating to the Christmas Meal is correct, but the date is the 11th NOT the 18th.
I would still like the pre-orders by the 4th, please

I was aware of the clash, however, unfortunately, that is how the cookie crumbles some times. I thank you for the kind off, however I´´ll be heading for the Rose and Crown in case any late comers decide to join Darren
PHEA Christmas Grub: POSTPONED until 15th January 2012
Hello everyone,
December is always a busy month for people socially and this year, largely due I confess to the late announcement of the PHEA Christmas Dinner for various reasons I won't bore you with, many people had made other plans and were unable to attend on the planned date.
It seems much more sensible therefore to move the event to the other side of Christmas and make it a Post Christmas Dinner instead! My proposal is to make this on Sunday 15th January, which will hopefully give you all time to recover from the rigours of Christmas! So for all of you who were unable to attend in December, January should be more convenient and with much better notice
The time and place will remain the same: We shall meet at 12:30pm for 1pm eat, and the venue is still the Rose and Crown, in Stanton, near Bury St Edmunds - MAP LINK HERE
Apologies to those who had signed up, but don't worry, I have ensured your deposit will be carried forward to the new date.
Another plan for 2012 is to have a February Norfolk Run at the end of that month, so pencil this Event in the diary, as more details will be forthcoming next year :-D
Shortly after this Event, the full PHEA 2012 Calendar will be announced to begin another fantastic year of Shows and Runs. In addition, if you know of other events which the PHEA membership might enjoy, do let us know and perhaps we can support it.
May I wish everyone and their families a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and here's to 2012 - see you on January 15th we hope!
