PHEA Roadshow: Snetterton Charity Day & LAUNCH Day - Nov '11

Afternoon everyone.
As many of you may already know, our very own Kevin "KevF" Foley is organising the Charity Race Experience at Snetterton in aid of the Ronald McDonlad House Charities - Full details of this organisation can be found by CLICKING HERE.
Further details of the Event can be found by CLICKING HERE for the Event's Website.
The Event will be held on Saturday November 26th with times to be announced.
Now, there are options for which you can attend this wonderful charity event.
The PHEA Roadshow will be in attendance, and I have been given space for 12 cars. Entry for this will be a £5 donation (payable on the day), plus anything further you wish donate
The second option is taking your car on the track, giving passenger rides to people who have paid for the experience.
A number of you may already know about this option, as there has been a thread running on the forum, which can be found by CLICKING HERE, so please add your name and revelant details to this thread
You can add you name to this thread, or email me directly, to let me know you'd like to attend. Simply let me know which Option you would like to take up
I should add that unfortunately there is a movement restriction for movement between the display area and the passenger rides section of the day. That is to say that you won't be able to park on the PHEA Stand, and then go out on the track. Other than that, movement on and off the site isn't restricted

Glad you came up. Thanks also to Darren for the loan of the Aston complete with colour co-ordinating birs s#*t on the rear seat...How you got the bird to drop a ton of crap the same colour as your shirt I will never fathom but well done.
The launch day went really well (apart from our name badges being left in a taxi that morning) and lots of interest from the public. We finally got the last car away at 2.30pm and I waited around for the Heritage crew to collect the Aston and Lotus. While there, I still had people turning up to have a look.
So top job done and looking forward to the 26th November.
We ended up with around 53 cars there yesterday covering the race cars to classic cars.
It was a small selection as we have 93 race cars alone registered for the actual day.
Look forward to seeing some of you soon.
If anyone has any prominant positions for displaying a banner for us on the run up to the event please get in touch. We still need to publicise the event as much as possible.

This is the FINAL CALL for anyone wishing to join the PHEA Static Display at Snetterton on Saturday 26th November - That's THIS Saturday.
If you would like to join me for the static display, please Private Message me or add you name to THIS Thread
To recap, it's £5 entry, plus I'll do a collection for anything else you wish to donate during the day.
As for movement on the site during the event, I've been asked for people to remain until around 4pm at the earliest, with the event finishing at 5pm.
Now there is something you MUST do if you wish to join us on the static display. With the following link, could you please Right Click on it, and "Save Target As" so you can print off the form which you will have to display as proof you are a member of a car club - http://www.pinkconnect.com/Charity_Day_Car_Club_Br...
Upon arrival, you drive over the bridge, and then you will be directed to the PHEA Stand.

If you don't know me or the car, just look for a Ginger Chap in a light blue convertible with "GEE" on the reg plate.

going to be a decent day weather wise and cars on track....
