Anyone know this lady? She is a bloody hooligan!

I was following it being driven with some commitment, and giggling to myself as to why a chap would have the word flossy as a reg number, maybe he was welsh I dont know, but when I eventually got past (I commute on an R1) I realised it was infact a young lady that I had to commit 9/10ths to get past! Very impressed. Rather a pretty young lady too.
