Chaps,
Can anyone recommend a swanky hotel in or near Gt Yarmouth or Lowestoft that has conferencing facilities?
I'm organising a works jolly so need something suitably expensive as I'm spending someone else's money.
Cheers
Dave

We'll have a maximum of 20 so don't need anywhere massive, just good quality and preferably a bit quirky.

The only ones that spring to mind near me are:

The Cliff Hotel - recently refurbished and don't know if it's finished yet.

The Pier Hotel - recently refurbished and right on the seafront. Good point is it's a nice location, bad point is that if it's foggy you'll hear a horn going all night!

Caldecott Hall - Nice country location and attached to a golf course.

Personally I would try and go a little out of your suggested area.

You could try http://www.satishouse.co.uk/ and about 25mins from Lowestoft.

Or Beccles http://www.waveneyhousehotel.co.uk/

or a Brewery http://www.stpetershallsuffolk.co.uk/venue/index.p...
