16:30 hours today...Plain white van sitting in the slip road at the B1153 East Walton/Gayton road at A47 junction near to Narborough. Was facing Norwich but from a distance looked like a van waiting to filter into the traffic until I was close enough to see the top flaps in the top of the rear doors with twin cameras. No chevrons on van or any markings whatsoever....SNEAKY bcensoredd

Probably an ANPR van looking for dodgy cars with no insurance and no tax. I think speed camera vans have to be marked.

There is an iPhone app called Trapster that is well known and used in the U.S. After I moved to the UK, I have tried using it however, it does not seem like people over here use it/update it much.

Same van in Toftwood, Dereham yesterday (Wed) with 2 police bikes and 1 car lurking ready!!! It was a scrappy looking Renault Master in white that looked like a banger to be honest. Oposite the Rashers Green Ind Estate entrance!!

Was one on Unthank Road in Norwich yesterday, again in combo with a marked bike for anyone who thought it might be a good plan to leg it.

ANPR. Norfolk use orange marked sprinter vans for speed detection.

camera vans dont have to be marked up, they just must be within 2 miles of a speed camera sign on the road.

Myth.

The only signs that need to be present & correct are the speed-limit signs themselves.
