Recomend me someone for minor paintwork

My Boxster has picked up damage to both front and read bumpers because I was stupid enough to park it on the street. Some marks could probably be polished out by a specilist but at least one area will need painting (but it is hidden in the number plate recess).

I've never bothered with paintwork before so I feel a bit out of my depth here. I need some firms who will advise me on options and prices.

Car is Boxster, I'm in Norwich.

I'd recommend Louis at The Bodycentre off Vulcan Road

or

Wayne at Norfolk Premier Coachworks. they are opposite the entrance to Toys R US / TK Maxx in Norwich.
