PH East Anglia (Friends and family) - Get-together 20/08/11

My last attempt at this - maybe it's a bad idea and I shouldn't have even considered it.....
Informal/relaxed PH EA(*) (family friendly) get-together/car show on Saturday 20th August.
Note (*) A few other like minded forums I have associations with have already committed a few cars which should bring the numbers up.
5 cars from the "Iceni" car club and 5 from the "Autobahnstormers" will be attending
Location - Elveden Estate - nice big open area in a rural location (with courtyard shopping, resturant etc) close to Thetford - nice long country walks for both people and dog friendly (as long as leashed)
Timing from 10am to 3pm
Dodo Juice have agreed to provide some very nice prizes for three catagories to be judged on the day
Shiny car but… needs a wax. wins Supernatural Hybrid wax, Supernatural finger mitt, key ring
Nice car but… needs a wash. wins Born to be Mild shampoo, Basics drying towel, key ring
Nice wheels but… look after them. wins Tyromania tyre wax, Mellow Yellow wheel cleaner, key ring
Informal prize giving at 2.30pm - judging will take place around lunch time (Judge(s) TBA)

Background - This date was previously used by an Italian car club who have been holding an event on the same day for several years but this year the event has been cancelled.
I'm not fully sure of the circumstances but The PH "olive branch of friendship" would be held out to anyone with an Italian car or motorcycle who had been planning to attend under it's original format. I'm not (in fact PH isn't) supercar specific - I'd like it just as much if an Alfasud or original Fiat 500 turned up and parked next to a Lambo.

Originally I had the idea of getting them to fire up the "barbie" so Darren can breathe a hugh sigh of relief that he wouldn't have to hold it at his house

Also, a question for BC. In the mail shot, I've just told everyone to meet at the estate for 10am. Is this correct?

Great to meet up today - thanks to Ian for organising. 
Lovely lunch too - I highly recommend the "Eleveden Burger". Finished off with a nice drive home, apart from the DB9 that kept getting in the way
- only kidding Darren, she looked and sounded awesome!
