Frost Motor Services?

I'm considering whether to take my car to FMS Tuning in Ipswich (a.k.a. Frosts). Although he seemed like a knowledgeable bloke when I spoke to him, I would like to hear the opinions of people who've taken their cars there for tuning.

The car's got a 1660cc Ford crossflow with a fast road cam, bike carbs and Megajolt ignition, so it's going to be fiddly to tune - but he didn't seem to be fazed by that setup. However, it will cost me a fair bit of cash due to the man-hours required to do the job.

So - what are people's experiences of his work?

Ive used him quite a bit . He is very good , however he does say he can do just about anything with your car but often gets stalled .It can end up costing much more than first indicated .

good chap he set my old xflow up no problems and also took my v8 to him , found him very helpfull and friendly and not over priced ,,,
