Don't suppose anyone has a set of car ramps I can borrow? Need to get the front end up in the air to fit my new intercooler smile

I have 3 sets Dan and some special lead on ramps for low cars that i think will be essental for your car. You are welcome to borrow them. Having a go at your intercooler yourself then?

Lead on ramps, what are they then, I just use a small bit of wood plank.

Cheers Ash, but Stowmarket's a bit far smile And thanks for the offer Kelvin smile

Thanks Eddy, that'd be great. I'm passing your place this afternoon. I'll pop in if that's ok? smile Yeah, I'm pretty hard up at the minute and the cooler came with detailed instructions so I'm gonna give it a go myself, I'm fairly handy with a spanner. Cheers!

Slightly more engineered than that mate lol. They clip on the ramps to help a low car on without grounding and they also stop the ramps sliding forward as you try to drive on which is a common and dangerous problem. You can buy cheap short ones but they are rubbish. I made mine. Perhaps i should market something for the diy mechanics.

Thanks for the use of your ramps Eddy. Much appreciated. All went ok, took a while though smile
Intercoolers fitted and working well. Intake temps are well down on what they were before. Ash, more than happy to give you a hand with yours. There's no way I'd attempt to fit the de-cat. Some pics:

I might be interested in a set of these as I never like driving up a plank of wood smile
